Questions 8

While the Bridge Keeper in the movie The Holy Grail only asked ‘questions three’, I will ask you ‘questions eight’. Eight questions that as a business owner you can ask yourself, and the answers to which could help you cross the bridge to greater success. 

• If you had to choose a single product and a single customer type on which to focus for the next year, which and who would it be?
• Would you be able to divert 25% of your company’s resources to that effort?
• What would happen if you did that?
• Would you be providing better service?
• Would your margins increase?
• Would you be more competitive?
• Would you add more clients and increase overall revenue?
• If you answered yes to the above – why don’t you do it?
