My Monthly Game Plan

Leveraging Intentionality

Many of our clients have adopted a strategy known as the Monthly Game Plan to manage their numerous activities effectively. The Monthly Game Plan assists you in staying on top of important yet unscheduled tasks without being consumed by urgent tactical activities. 

My Monthly Game Plan includes key types of activity that I need to address each month to keep the business moving forward. Some examples of Monthly Game Plan activities could be:

At 10AM on the first Monday of each month I put an hour aside for 'Monthly Game Plan-ning'. During this time I review all the important types of activity, and quantity of which, I need to complete.  This practice encourages me to plan out my month to ensure that all tasks are accomplished. 

In our case, much of our business comes though networking. This month I have already scheduled two CEO-level events and a high level ‘centre of influence’ lunch meeting.
