Kingsford conducted their Channel Assessment to help us better understand the opportunities for growth and improvement within our North American sales channels. We outlined some of our areas of concern and areas we wanted more data on and Kingsford took it from there.  The resulting report contained useful insights and a series of actionable recommendations for improving reseller satisfaction, sales volumes and overall channel performance. It even uncovered new product and service opportunities. A big discovery was the untapped revenue potential from our existing resellers.  We plan to conduct an annual assessment to measure our progress; we believe that this will be a crucial tool to our ongoing success and growth.
